uh huh.

take off your oil cap, get a flashlight, get someone to turn it over and see if the valvetrain moves.

if it doesn't, goto the classifieds and find yourself a new motor.

with a blown t-belt dizzy won't move = no spark.

take your cap and rotor out and replace em thats most likely your problem by what it sounds like. or if u have a buddy with teh same motor just ask if u can switch distributors with him to see if it works. sounds dizzy related tho

when u turn the key do you hear the fuel pump prime?
Does the CEL come on briefly then go out?
Getting any codes?
If your not getting any spark its definately the distributor.
Stupid question...but do you have gas? More than like 1/16th of a tank?

The computer looking think is hooked up to ur Ignition coil and it is called a Ignition Module, then im not too sure what u are talking about the fan looking thing, I think you are talking about the Pickup coil. The pickup coil controls the ignition module to turn a little switch inside the ignition module off and on. was there 2 philips head screws on the fan looking think cause if there was then its the rotor.
