well i would use NGK v-power copper core plugs, and at a bare minimum NGK plug wires (OEM is best). As for the dizzy cap and rotor i'd buy OEM again. For the few $$$'s you would save going aftermarket its not worth it IMO....there is a reason why the interval to change the Honda parts is so many KM's apart.

the gas you use will also affect your results. Use highest octane available to you (sunoco 94). The higher octane will burn hotter which is good for heating up the cat and higher octane fuel also burns cleaner.

If you have acesss to higher octane fuel that will work even better.

then you run the risk of unburnt fuel getting through because of the higher octane, its not always the best idea.... to high of octane in an engine that doesnt have higher compression wont be able to burn properly... if you have an engine with real high compression, then run higher octanes, but for something without high compression, reccomending high octane might accually hinder the results....
