ok I just woke up today and discovered that instead of posting my results after a race maybe I should post up where the race is to encourage those that are looking for other venues to compete against peers and keep it legal and safe.

so on June 22nd I will be at Mosport at the skidpad running in regional solo 2 event #3... currently I'm 33 out of 108 after 2 events.

I will also be allowing first time competitors the chance to try and make back double their entry fee (between 20 and 30 dollars I'm unsure of what it will be on sunday) all you have to do is find car 34 before the first run after registering of course let the dude at that car (me) know your trying to get it and let me know your car number.

if your Fastest time of the Day (FTD) is faster then my fastest time of the day, I'll hand you double your entry fee. which basically means if you beat me you've had a free day of legal racing and have also paid for gas and food for the day.

so come on out this sunday ... and I believe afterwards there is a cruise happening with other TCC members.

also incase you think I have a big scarey race car with millions of dollars invested in it.... well I run a stock 93 civic cx.... with sticky tires....

ok regional event number 3 sucked *** for numerous reasons:

1) the cost was 30 dollars and we got only 4 runs at the other regionals it was 6 runs with at the picton event lunch included and at the HADA event no marshalling and a great parking lot.

2) I had to wait in line to marshall ... I hate waiting in line to marshall...

3) I had a bad day with only 4 runs on my last run I was on the way to seting a time which would have pushed me up to about middle of the pack (I was 9/10 after 3 runs) and I hit a CONE crap 2 seconds added to my time and grrr the person in 10th place after 3 events had a great run and beat me ... so I finished LAST IN CLASS a situation I know I could have fixed had there been more runs in the day.

the organization that ran the event even took a 45 minute lunch break mid day with the event so far behind schedule... bugs me to no end ...anyways this is now a throw away event combined with the HADA event where my times kept getting slower and slower due to bad bad tire pressure judgement and not being able to realize it...

2 good things came of today

1) I know the pressures I now want to run

2) the Mosport photographers were there and I ended up purchasing a CD of 122 quality action shots of my first 3 runs ... I will post the better ones up.... very very high quality pictures...
