Vehicle inspection at RT Motorsport

Hi guys, long time member first time poster...

I'm planning on buying an eg6 and want it to bring down RT Motorsport for a quick check up and find out if its worth buying. I chose RT because it's really close to my place and this site seems to endorse the place whole-heartedly. I'm wondering how much it should really cost me. I called earlier and the guy quoted me for $80/hr and the first half an hour free. Shouldn't I get a discount as member of TPC or atleast get some sort of referral discount?

I'm really short on cash and I could use any help/suggestion possible to spend as little as i can while making sure I get a good deal. Thanks for reading fellas...

he IS giving you a deal. you can always go find another place to do the inspection if you think he is not giving you a deal...but $40 (first 1/2 hr free) is still 2-3 hrs of working at a job for the average person and shouldnt be scoffed at IMO.
