Car doesn't rev past 3.5k when warm

I recently swapped a JDM d15b vtec in my 94 civic si. I'm using the stock computer and when I try to rev past 3.5k it feels like a fuel cut. Also has engine light on with code 4 and 10. and the fuel cut only happens when the car warms up. Does anyone know why?

you should see what those codes mean, do a google search on the different codes and go from there

Yeah i found out the codes were code 4 crankshaft position sensor and code 10 intake air temperature. But now i'm getting code 8 top dead center and 9 no.1 cylinder position and when the car idles it going up and down between 0 and 100 now. I tried changing the distributor and it still has the problem.

Is that the dual stage vtec d15b engine? If so, are you using the correct ecu and do you have both vtec solenoids connected to work properly?

Its the one stage vtec. I took off the distributor cap and found oil in it, would that cause these problem?

Well I cleaned up the inside of the distributor and put it back together but now it only shows code 4 and 10 and still has the rev limit at 3500
