2003 honda civic dx

just me again.......start the car and it makes a buzzing noise from dash area, turn on the head lights and it stops. Turn them off it starts buzzing again.

as usual, any help is appreciated

Daytime running lights relay module is probably the culprit. bad solder joint/s about to fail.

Relays hum/buz when they're toasted, or on the way out.

I'd almost bet my car that it's the DRL. unplug the relay, buzzing stop? get a new one or pull the old one apart and repair the bad solder spots on it and try it. open the glove box and look around with a light for a grey box held up by a metal bracket using 1, 10mm bolt.

Ill bet my car too. If were wrong you have 2 cars that will make you happy so u wont even have to bother fixing that problem :P let me know what happeneds with it cheers
