primed and ready to paint parts

Hey guys,

So I'm planning to do convert my front end from 96-98 to 99-00. I got a good deal on primed parts. However I dont plan to paint my car till the summer or spring. Is it safe to drive it in the winter or will the parts get f***ed up because of the snow.

Thanks for your help.

Like i said, you should be ok. keep in mind, you'll see chips or even minor damage on the bumper no matter what, cause there is salt, sand, brittle asphalt, ice, etc on the ground etc. If i were you, (i know it's late now) i would've done it all in one shot, primer and paint. If anything does go south after winter, you could always try and touch it up before you put the paint on.

True that. Just going to keep it the same until spring and then change it.
