Headlight compatibility question?

no, 96-98 had different front ends than 99-00.
You would have to do a front end conversion. So if you want 99-00 headlights you'd need also the hood/grill/bumper/fenders and depending if you like macguivering rad support.
Now the tail lights....Come on, didnt you notice that hatch/coupe tail lights are completely different? you cant flip coupe tail lights 90deg...lol
