Exhuast compatibility/ header compatibility

I've searched and it is not clear whether the sir (99-00) stock header back exhaust would fit into an EK sedan with a (99-00) b16a2. I've have searched and there are mixed opinions on whether it fits. Does anyone have a definitive answer as to whether it will fit?

Also, will a stock itr exhaust fit a civic sedan with a b16a2 from the header back?

Also, will a header designed to fit a b18c5 fit the b16a2?
