DVD-RW or DVD+RW *confused*

Im just getting into buring DVD's and what not and i just notice that i have 2 diffrent DVD's DVD-RW and DVD+RW....whats the diffrence betwen the 2 of them??

absolutley nothing, its just a diff label. It means same thing.

or NSX-R

i'm pretty sure that not all DVD players will be able to read some of the - where the can read the + and vice versa

Ur right, some dvd players only read +RW or -RW and some read both! Thanx guys!

if u burning dual layer dvds go with verbatim +

try to go with verbatim dvds to burn alot ppl will recomend them .. as i burnt tons of dvds with this brand and havent got 1 coaster ..

Agreed. Good thing I got my TY's from Wal Mart for $18.99 for 50 discs. They were Sony+R 8X made in Japan with the octagon spacer. Great find. Bought 300 of them.
