confused about canadian 5 gen cx HP

does the canadian 5th gen cx have 70 hp like they do in the states or does it have 102? i was reading a post and it kinda got me confused. thanks.

It's 70 hp... the 5th gen DX, LX, and EX canadian trims have 102 hp
