Ahh Spiders

Well Im going through the crawl space today, looking for an old cabinet to put together for the basement. So I find the cabinet in pieces, covered by some towels. So i start to move some pieces of the wood out and notice small things moving in the dark, so I get freaked out, and go grab a flashlight, and this cleaning stuff since its the only thing I havae that I can think of that might kill them lol.

So im in there with goggles on and a flashlight and cleaning product in hand, I lift up the fabric cover and these huge spiders r moving everywhere, Im squirting so much crap on them and there slowly starting to curl up.

But Im still twitching at the thought of them. There no ordinary spider you see in your room, I think there the regular kind, but there so big, like 3-4 times the size, because there in the basement and live longer or something, but there big enough to make me squirm.

And to think I gave up on moving it tonight since I know theres still some down there, and Im too afraid to go kill them lol.

ok first of all phobias are real...and as someone who is a comlete and total arachnophobic i understand. I am literally terrified of spiders. If I see one I freeze and if its on me or in my path or i walk into one of those little f***ers while its dangling there on its web...i cry and rip all my clothes off and jump in the shower...its a real thing. In theory I KNOW they cant hurt me but they scare the **** out of me. I almost died once because a spider hung down from my visor while i was driving on the interstate in the US...and it was some freaky american thing like really big and hairy and stripey...it was like one of those little stripey jumping spiders only like ten times bigger and i freaked out and almost drove off the road and then my friend knocked it down onto the dash and it went in the vents and we pulled over and actually took my dash apart for two hours until we found it...i know im insane..and my friend wasnt too impressed... so I understand...i dont even go INTO a crawl space because i now they're there...

Typical Scenerio..........I see a spider......I yell and scream.......and then the "Spider Killer"(hubby) comes to the rescue. Then all is right with the world once again.

I'm with loudsubz on this one... I too am freaked out by these damn spiders, but only those garantuan ones. I know where the fear stemed from tho, I was putting on pjs in my room and I felt something tingle my back so I scratched my back and looked at my ceiling, and there was literally thousands of spiders hanging from my ceiling, freaked the **** outta me. Turns out they bred in behind posters and frames and **** on my walls. Now my walls are bare lol.
