does the tail light bulb with brake light in one light up?
also you can try hooking up a multi meter and get somebody to press the brake...

The brake pedal itself has a switch. It could be faulty.

if you have blown a fuse, you've got other problems. replacing the fuse won't make the reason you blew the fuse in the first place go away. check for leaking water around your tail light gasket. inspect the rear light sockets, sometimes they're really corroded as well.

have you pulled the bulbs out? is there anything else in the car that doesn't work? have you checked the ground wire in the back for corrosion? (usually a wire connected to the car body around the rear hatch or behind the rear bumper)
