More then likely fuses or a short somewhere. I remember the same thing happening to me and it was annoying as hell. It was one fuse that was tapped into my brake lights, head lights, radio, and in dask clock. (92 Si Bubble) TUrned our I had a short somewhere that kept blowing the fuse. Not saying this is it, but wouldn't hurt to check.

Look into the following fuses,

3 9 10 15 16 17 19 21 22 23

Although they are all individual fuses some of them may be used in combination through relay to provide power. Alto pay close attention to fuses 3 and 15. These were the ones causing me to have the same issues you are experiencing. Hope this helps.

Kev.

Ok sorry, I was off on the year, but the fuse names should be very similar. Correct me if I am wrong someone.
