99 HATCH CX. Want power windows and locks, whats my best option

I want power windows and locks. What is my best option. I have a 99 hatch.

Swap whole door with a SIR doors and respray doors?
Or swap the guts? who can do this and how much?

Try a wrecker for the parts then find someone to do it for you or learn to do it yourself there has to be a ton of manuals and on-line resources for this kind of thing.
