Uncle got speeding ticket. To fight or not? (Or to hire?)
At S/B Bathurst Street (Richmond Hill)
Did commit the offence of Speeding 118KM/H in an 80KM/H ZONE
Contrary to Highway Traffic Act 128
Set fine of $233.00
Total Payable $283.00
Would this be worth fighting himself (he speaks minimal english) or to hire someone. How many points is this offence?
According to XCopper 31-39KM/H + = 4Points.
Anyways hes looking for the guy who fought his last ticket last few years (6Points, Careless Driving) and he got off scott-free

if your uncle doesnt mind taking a few days off from the year, do you do what i tell you below:
When processing the trial date application form, you will be asked if you need an intrepreter, tick off 'no'
on the day of his trial, make sure you or a member of the family speaks english (you or your family member CANNOT be the intrepreter) IF your uncle see's the cop, you or the family member who speaks english "notifies" the prosecutor that the "accused" doesnt understand english.
you will have to wait for your uncles name to be called out to stand in front of the judge, and they will then appoint him a new court date. ( which sucks, it was worth a shot atleast )
if the cop fails to show, just go in there normaly, sign in, sit back and enjoy the show
(i dont know if i made sense, wrote it pretty much without thinking)
