LoL Uncle Got 'Parking Infraction Notice'

No where on the streets have a NO PARKING SIGN 2AM-6AM

Though my uncle doesn't want to goto court because he lose 100$/day taking day off.

If he does would he win?

This is a real ticket and no he will not win the reason for the ticket is that from nov 1st till i forget when you aren't allowed to park on the street because it blocks the city snowplows...

Anyways shouldnt they also have parking signs?

Nope, no signs for this. It is the same in Toronto, there is no overnight parking on city streets either. Look carefully next time you are entering the city limits and you will probably the sign.
