Hey, I've posted another thread. One quick question. On a ticket, there are three options...

Option1: plea of guilty; payment out of court.
Option 2lead guilty with an explanation
Option 3: Trial.


What does option 2 mean exactly?

I think it says that you can print an explanation to try and reduce the fine. But you plead guilty.
