Painted Car

hey guys i just finished painting the car from black to blue colour so im wondering who do i tell this to the insruence or who? i hope they just dont see the car cause ive put on stuff 2 it so i dont want them to add the price on the insurence. also if this helps my insurence is been canceled with them for 6 months planning on getting it again now that my car is done.

u must report color change to ministry and ur insurance.
also blue is cheaper i think..
red is most expensive.

no wonder my insurance is more cuz the color red lol so im guessing insurance is cheaper on a black car too right

insurance is especially high when you have a red car with spoon stickers on it...

i had my car painted and never told insurance. i also changed the front clip from the 84 to an 87, so when i get pulled over it's interesting explaining it lol.

I would suggest telling to MTO at least so that your registration papers actually match the car. I doubt your insurance company will want to inspect the car because of a colour change, but I could be wrong.

You have 10 days to report it to the ministry. Insurance will find out eventually too, just tell them, there is no downside..
