Type R (Championship) White is a very distinct colour IMO...I would go Champ white! (NH-0)

....and why is there two threads of this?

How about doing white with a pearl, like white with red pearl or your favorite color as the pearl?

I personally think show cars can have some pearl dust in it, kinda shiny. For other cars, mainly geared towards racing or for functional aspect, I think flat colour look the best. One tone of hue will do the job.

A couple good examples are

Championship White, Phenix Yellow (Type R yellow), Audi TT Dolphin Gray.

These colour will go very nicely with a CF hood. You won't regret at all.

I think clean is an overused word. If you wash your car clean, well, it is clean.

Anyway, white, yellow and gray will be your good choice. My car is OEM vintage plum, rare and more rarer on a 2000 hatch. You might see 10 CW hatch before you see a plum hatch
