hey guys need some help

hey guys I just got a letter in the mail today saying that my licence is suspended
due to unpaid fines
but I paid all my fines
so
how can I go about this
the suspended date is may 10th

Do you have a receipt or some type of proof showing that you paid the fines?

Go to the ministry and ask them! You can try phoning them too, number should be on the notice.
