I had my 98 si insured until I decided to get my EG going, I had insurance on the EG and everything;

My new updated insurance slip was mailed Thursday, and for the time being I just kept the slip from my EK. (but same policy number n everything)

and for the horn

I just got the car safetied like three weeks ago and it had a stock wheel with a working horn so it passed, but I threw on a momo n I didnt hook up the horn


I'm going to the court on Monday to get a trial date.
and getting the insurance company to send me a letter saying I was insured and the slip was mailed.

I had the same two charges put on me. I hit a ride program on black creek. The officer asked all the usual question then said "Off you g... hold on. Beep your horn for me would ya?" he noticed my MOMO wheel. he asked me to pull over to the side and give him the papers so I pulled over and pulled out the ownership but I couldn't find my insurance card. I knew I had it. I had old ones still but I couldn't find the current one. He told me he was going to write me up for the horn and he'd be back so look for the card. He came back 45 min later I almost fell asleep waiting so long and it was about 4 am and he hands me back my ownership and while he starts telling me that he wrote me up for both now I find the insurance card folded in the ownership. He tells me he already wrote it so just fight it and get the horn fixed then go to the MTO and show them and they'll drop it.

Beat them both but I didn't do anything that the officer told me to do.
