They also have copies at local libraries, but they are reference only, meaning you can't check them out.

Don't remember the exact address, you can buy a copy around the Bloor and Sherbourne area, I think. I was gonna pick up a copy last summer, but at that time, they were sold out and I had to wait about 3 months. Don't remember the name of the place, but here's their number: 416-326-5324.
