Problem need help

Alright last friday i've finally installed my suspensions. i've installed my blox lca's and my beak kit with a 22mm swaybar with endlinks with the beaks subframe.. i'll post up pics very soon ..

everything is fine... i've also wanted to install my type S exhaust .. but it turned out that it wouldn't fit cause the subframe from beaks is too thick ..
so i've decided to go to another route and got a N1 exhaust ..

and not everything is on .. every time i drive if i hit a bump .. the car will Squeek ... don't really know whats going on ..
went home.. check the back of the car from the suspensions... i've notice that the sway bar was hitting the lca's and it made a huge dent on both sideof the lca's .. the 22mm sway bar is actually bending my lca.
anyone know how can i fix this problem .. i know i've installed it right ..
but one question .. the endlinks are suppose to be behind the lca's right???

you're doing it wrong

the ITR bar is upside down mate. flip the thing (left to right) and you'll have it.

bbarbulo, did you drill the bottom hole for the sway bar links? or the car had the proper holes? ... and you put a spacer too?

EKs have the holes in the lower control arm for the endlink to connect to. the geometry is correct using the Beaks kit. if by spacer you mean the gold thing behind the D bracket, that would be the Beaks kit to prevent subrframe tearing. and it also ensures the endlinks are vertical.

Astrosi, glad to help. let us know how it works out.
