best tranny oil, engine oil?? anyone!

I am looking for some products for my new car as I would like to a tune up on it, any tcc members know where I can get this stuff cheap....

the car is a 2002 nissan altima S 2.5L AUTOMATIC 4 SPD

I am looking for:

synthetic oil? what kind is good?
automatic tranny oil?
wires?
spark plugs?
air filter/short ram intake?

is there a place where I can buy it all and get a good deal? any tcc affiliates?

Thanks

if you choose synthetic, Mobil 1 is good but Amsoil is the best (some might disagree)

Automatic tranny fluid i would stick to OEM from nissan as todays transmissions are real finicky

wires id say OEM or equivalent

He said cheap

You can get Mobil 1 at Walmart, whatever Loblaws Superstore is called fairly decent price.

As for the other items, use OEM, even the ATF.

I know Dave at Defcon can get all of these items for you (and do your tune up). Give him a call. On a side note, Defcon only uses Motul Synthetic Oil.

Motul, Mobil1, AMSOIL, Royal Purple are all pretty good. I personally use AMSOIL 5W30 and Honda S2000 PCX oil filters for better filtration.

2002 altimas dont have wires and you dont need to change the coils

Castrol Syntec is amazing - my preferred choice. Not a huge fan of Motul. Find it hard to justify the advantages over Syntec for the price.
