2001 Civic Coupe Windshield Washer Fluid Light Problem

My windshield washer fluid light in my 2001 civic coupe will not turn off regardless of how much fluid is in there. does anybody know how to get rid of the Fu****** light cause its startin to **** me off?

change the washer fluid sensor
i think its like 46 bucks at honda ..

i am having same issue on my 04 civic si, once you done yours post some pics or details that where is the sensor located? i am thinking must be located on the bottle its self

I had the same problem with my car 01 civic, if u jack up you car, under the front bumper,driver side there is the windshield washer tank there is a small hole u cna stick ur hand in the sesor is in there, if u want more room u can take the whole bumper off, not difficult. But what i did was unpugged the sensor and covered it with electrical tape and since then the light hasnt come back on, saved me 50 bucks just gottta keep an out for levels because it wont warn you when your running low, ill probably switch the sensor soon.
