Is this worth the money??? (turbo)

Just surfing ebay and what they had, and i saw this

is this really something that someone should invest in, would you have to buy more parts?? etc... etc...

You would have to buy more parts...

Prolly better sourcing a complete kit..

Less headaches...

Well that piece was an expensive part..

Closer to about $1250 - $1750 more...
