what does it stand for exactly?
EDIT
oh nm. i just found on some forum (surprisingly, i never did before) that it's the type for rx7 3rd gen. no wonder the letters never clicked with FF, FR, etc. it's all cool now

I've got tein s-techs on mine, and the drop is not over 2 inches, dropped about 1.8 and 1.5 I believe, Tein's should also be less expensive than H&R, nothing bad to say about H&R or Eibach, go with one of those 3 definitely

buy H&R and try both at a track event. then sell the ones you like least. yeah it'll cost a lil money, but that's how you figure out what's best. Or you see the top 10 Civic auto x'ers and find out what THEY run (cuz they already did the research for you). Spend more time with gatherer and you'll find out.

can't say man... I run full coilovers too and I used to have ground control...
no idea what Tein springs are like, but I def like H&R
check the P&S archive, there is a thread there with spring rates, then ax stewpiddass what rates he has on his GC.

i heard teins were for looks only because they aren't that much stiffer than stock. and i'm curious about the ride on the H&R's. anyone have experiences with both? i don't really want something on the soft side but a little stiffer would be nice.
