Question Vibration

when I drive at below 110kmh the ride is smooth however once I hit 110 my steering wheel starts to shake....I was wondering what this would be from? I'm guessing my wheels aren't balanced well....any ideas?

Had that same problem a month ago and it was b/c my wheels needed balancing. I'd try that first.

shop that did my balancing didn't balance them right twice and when I came back they told me it was my tuner lugs =\ I still just think it's the balancing.
