Trouble Codes

Trouble Codes
Ok my car has been sitting for 3 monthes and i decided to start it this morning while i was having a smoke
CEL came on and i got these codes
72 Cylinder 2 Misfire or a Random Misfire a condition is present that is creating a cylinder misfire
73 Cylinder 3 Misfire or a Random Misfire a condition is present that is creating a cylinder misfire
74 Cylinder 4 Misfire or a Random Misfire a condition is present that is creating a cylinder misfire
I pulled the ECU and when i re-started the car the CEL was gone but when i rev it it bogs to 200 RPM then comes back up to 800
(Stupid Neighbor yelled out her window at me to turn my car off)
wonder if it's just the plugs or the Distributor.
Not realy Worried cuz the motors comming out but it just pisses me off

your supposed to start your car everynow and then if it's just sitting there 
change your plugs, check the distributor.
on the bright side, i havent gotten any codes for the past week
but that may all change since i just jinxed it
