transmission shifting hard - suggestions???

i picked up a 95 civic about a week ago and the trasmission seems to shift a little harder than what i'm used to....

it's automatic, but it just seems really noticeable when getting up to or down from speed....

i've checked on the net and alot of places say that there is a "lubeguard" treatment specifically for hondas for this problem...

does anyone else experience this and have you had it fixed? where?

not many autos in the club man... and even fewer ppl that would know how to fix it. I'd try fresh fluid right away and (maybe they don't use this) but a tranny filter. some later autos don't have a filter but it's worth checking out. I remember I had bought Prolong tranny treatment when I had my auto car, but I never used it. It was like $35 bucks and now it just sits there anyways, I do recommend Prolong I've heard really good things about their products.

hope they'd do the valve body springs and seperator plate too..
no sense doing one w/o the other..

if ya wanna start pissing with an auto then do at least a stage 2 kit and high-stall torque convertor
stage 3 would give you full manual shift

definitely get a few references about a tranny shop b4 you go anywhere too..
there are a shyt load of scammers out there..i could name a dozen of them in about 2 seconds..
