starting issue... :(

Unhappy starting issue... :(

hey guys.... its the long weekend and on sunday i decide to wash my car and i go to start it and i hear nothing.... but all the lights are on...then i try again and i hear one crank then it stops... then i get ****** pissed and i go for my 3rd crank and i goes slooooooow then it starts....


what do u think this could be guys? u think its the battery?

what are u opinions

guaranteed battery.

Try this, turn the key (without starting the engine) and then put on your wipers on highest speed. If they move slowly or don't move at all, it's officially the battery.

could be fuel delivery related too... i think if the battery has enough juice to run the starter then it wouldn't be that though... maybe ignition too.... could honestly be a ton of things.... even the starter itself

sounds like battery.


try bump starting it, and run it for a few mins, then turn off and try starting normally, if it works fine its your battery.

My buddy has a 99 or 2000 civic and his battery went the other day, just leaving the stereo on for 5 min killed it and we bump started it, and it ran fine when he tried starting it normally again, but needs a new battery for sure.
