What brand do you guys think the best spring and shock are? I"m going at least 2" drop. I have neuspeed springs right now not sure of drop thats how i bought it(it's low,it rubs with 205/45/16)and koni red adjustable shocks but the car is way to bouncy.

That's weird. The combo that you have right now should be excellent as both the shocks and springs are great products.

Did they adjust the reds before there put them in your car or straight out of the box?

some people don't know that the reds are one time adjustable
for stiffness

yea they did, Zorro muffler put them a little stiffer he said that will prevent it from bouncing so much, but still way too much bounce
