Some Problems...
Hey Guys,
I recently did some maintence, and installed new 16's.
I have toyo proxies on the rims, and now the road noise is louder than ever. Also, the rear shoes were replaced, and now I can hear the rust from the inner drum when I brake med-hard.
Also, a wheel bearing was replaced, and now I sort of still hear an ongoing noise from the rear. Its audible when im at 30-80, then it goes away for a bit, and comes back.
The rear passenger's side wheel bearing was replaced.
I'm going back tomorrow to get my wheels rebalanced, because there's some vibration in the wheel.
For all those who are online now, what should I do next? Can the rear brakes be rubbing, causing the wheel bearing like noise? Can it be the tires? They were used for 1 month and no signs of wear....?
I'm baffled.

Adjust rear brake shoes using the adjusting nut. Make sure you clean that whole shabang with brake cleaner since all the brake dust is contained inside the drum. The "rust" noise you hear may just be the compound of the pads. I hear my SiR brakes big time... and those are OEM pads As for the wheel bearing noise, are you sure it was preloaded correctly? Was is packed with grease right?

Ok on my lunch break I went to a buddys place, jacked up the car.
We checked by shaking the wheel, and its not budging, wheel bearing is fine. Then we spun it, and we heard a scraping sound from the brakes.
So now I pinpointed the problem. Is there an auto-adjuster for the rear drums, or it could be that the brakes are too tight?
Any guidance here?

Meh, I called my mech, and he said he adjusted it all tighter to allow the drum's surface to smoothen out. He also said it should be gone within the next couple days.
It scared the **** out of me because I thought it was a wheel bearing.
We'll see in a couple days.
