having some start up problems

having some start up problems
Ok this only happens like once every month... when the car is warm already..and i go to start it up..it drops right above zero rpm and the engine light goes on... it just stays there..i turn it off and try it a couple more times and still the same. i leave it for bout 3 minutes..and it starts up fine.. doesnt happen again ...anybody know what could be the problem?

k i found out that its "14 IAC (EACV) - idle air control valve " ..i got this same code b4 but my mechanic says the part is like 300 bucks at honda and if the part is defective it should fail all the time...its only when the car is warm or whatever... someone have any inputs??
