Smoke Show

Hey everyone. Having a bit of trouble with my car. Pretty dissapointing really. I'll start with a bit of background i guess would help. I have a stock 91 DX, sedan. 5spd. 155,XXXkm. Recently I've been having alot of trouble with when I turn it off, shortly after it wont start up. I thought it was the fuel injection but i dunno may help with solving this problem. One day last week my oil light came on, and shut off right away. So i thought it was time to put a quart of oil in. I checked the level it was ok could use topping off. So I did. This is the issue. On my way home, car started fine. Was running like a champ as usual. I dropped someone off and when i was backing out off her driveway i noticed more exhaust than normal. I thoguht nothing of it and kept going home. about 1km down the road, if that, after a stop sign, it almost stalled in first, and second gear, and had no power to speak of(compared to its normal). I turned onto my street and a ridiculous amount of exhaust was coming out of my car. The exhaust was a little more blue than normal I guess, and smelt off, so I assumed leaking oil. Checked under the hood and nothing. Any help would be nice, I know the description is sketchy at best, but I don't know to much about this. I think it could be to much oil, thats the only thing that makes sense to me. thanks in advance.

does your oil look like chocolate milk?
Check to see if there is oil in your coolant?
If either of the above is the true then its the head gasket.
