I believe they are stiffer than stock Si springs. Should give you slightly better cornering but the benefits would probably be minimal.

If anything it'll raise your car a bit. The SiR spring is the same length as the Si, but stiffer (a weebit). The SiR weights more than the Si, so less preload for the springs, hence higher spring height. Don't bother, just get aftermarket springs. For the same amount of labour, you'll be much happier with aftermarket springs.
