I checked obdo tuning everwhere and came up with nothing! but im getting skunk2 stage 1 pro series cam for my 90 CRX, im currently running a Obdo ecu. Now after i do the cams, retainers, and valve springs, i will have to retune the car, but how do i go about this when i cant tune my obdo ecu?? any suggestions??

well you can use BRE (obd-0 rom editor) but it sucks big time IMO.
Honestly, your best best is to convert to obd-1 and get someone to tune it with crome. Your car will thank you.

there are a bunch of OBD0 tuning programs, just check .... ummm well I don't wanna give out the site. if you can't find it, you prolly can't tune anyways.

but OBD1 is a more sophisticated ECU along with more available development for tuning.
