Don't know what ECU you're using but try the 88-91 link or the 92-95 link??
Maybe this will help:

first run the red wire to the blue cable....then add the juice into the master cylinder and once vtec is hooked up you should hear a sound that kinda sounds like "vroom"..*.psssst* then just set that up to run a healthy 29 pound of boost from the mainframe of the ECU.....once that is all hooked up you have to pour some more vtec juice into the engine and let the car run non stop for a good 2 days until it is all rinsed out and ready to go...just remember, don't enter the VTEC domain while driving on public streets because cops have been known to shoot the users of vtec when the engage it since it really sounds like a bunch of trains going by.,

i hope that helps..this is at least how i hooked up my VTEC!!!....it works like a champ...

lol..that was fun typing that out...i really hope everyone knows i am joking....lol...don't want to disrespect the vtec gods....hehehe
