HELP!! Timing belt problems

the marks are off? There's a mark on each side (90 deg and 270 deg) there are marks, as well as it says up and down.

So I assume you mean the crankshaft marks are off? But I've never seen any car with these marks worn out.. are you sure you know what you're looking for? If not.. your going to have to put the crank pulley back on.. set it to TDC and make sure you dont move the crank after you remove the pulley.
