having trouble with tranny/shifting

started out with sum rattlin type noise, I thought it was a heatsheild. THe noise only came with I started accelerating in 1st.
Now I don't think its a heatsheild problem because the gears grind everytime I go to put it in. IN first it makes that same noise than in second i gotta jam it in. THrough all the gears it either scrapes or I gotta jam it in cuz it doesnt wanna go.
However, whereever I dont hear that noise (wen starting off in 1st} it goesnt into all the gears pretty smoothly.
I had a seal problem where the tranny was leaking fluid. I had the seal fixed because it was just missing the spring part. and I got a tranny flush done and added redline 10w30 synthetic. PLease Help.

The sound your are hearing in first is probably the input shaft bearing. Once they go failure isn't too far behind.

try bleeding the clutch before you jump to any conclusions. Air in the lines can make it very difficult to go into gear.

IMO... Sounds like the clutch is on it's way out, check the clutch fluid level. If it's ok try adjusting the pedal (actuator rod, if there is such adjustment). Does the pedal feel right?

Can you go into gears easily with the car off?
