what computer do i use?
will the 92-5 PR4 (OBDI) DOHC ecu work with my b18b1 with manual tranny?

the PR4 is for the b18a
the p75 is for the b18b

but is it ok if i can use the PR4?

I used the P74.

Somewhere I read that "the 1994-1995 P74/P75" would work (OBD1) and that the "1996-1999 P75" would not (OBD2) work.

The moron that wrote this caused me much stress, cause I didn't know if that meant both P74 and P75 or what....

Anyways, I've got one in my hybrid that says P75 but is from a 5-spd LS from 1995.

I swear I noticed NO difference b/w it and the stock dx ecu I had. Maybe I wasnt pushing it hard enough since the car was so new to me...

Patrick, your car is OBDI, you need an OBDI ecu. Either the P74 or P75 from a '94-'95 Teg.

P75 is also stamped on '96+ B18B1 ecu's, so watch out. These won't work for you since they are OBDII

obd1 pr4 will work just fine..


easier to find and cheaper to buy.

i got a deal with pr4 for 180....
its chipped with the skunk2 program....what do you guys think?
