i got a toda header with an apexi ws exhaust, quite, sounds nice, my intake is louder then my exhaust at 7000 rpm.i recommend this exhaust for anyone that looking for a quite set up.

Well I don't know much about exhaust but I know my dad went wit a full comptech from front to back on his GSR. 2.5" all the way with a high flow cat and muffler. Their was a noticeable pick up in the car with it and it sounds like a stock exhaust with a bit of a sporty note until you hit the 4's and get up to Vtec than it gives off one decent sound.

The only problem with this set up is the price.
