Sears, Bridgestone Weatherforce - great price for great all around tires. Dad's TDI Golf rides them, much better than the Michelin crap that VW saw fit to put on a production vehicle.

I just got a new tire from speedtech....have to call rich first to hook it up though. I blew a tire and needed to replace one.

Yokohama Avid T4 185/60/14....$110 each tax in.

The tire came in the same day i talked to sherman...i called him at 9am...the tire was ready for pick up by 2pm.

Toyo Ultra's 195-60-14 is what I wear.

PM me if you still haven't bought tires.

I've worn X-One's, Kumho's(friend) and Pirelli P's(another friend), and none of them come close to the performance, tread life, and looks of this tire. We all wear Toyo's.

100($115 after tax)bucks each if he still has any left installed new plug everything.

Those Yokohama's sound good too. Up to you.

I agree about the Yoko Avid T4's. I recently got a set for my EL in 205/50/15. They are a performance all season tire and handle great in the dry, snow, and wet so far. I picked up mine from Speedtech as well.

I got 2 buddies running Avid T4, one set is new, one set is about 2 years old. Great tire when new, suck *** after 2 years. In the wet, expect 0 grip with this tire. They don't wear nicely at all.

I paid $119.00 per tire balanced and installed. That price does not include tax.

So far I am happy with my Avid t4's. If you don't beat up the tire it should last you longer then three years.

That's what I was gonna suggest, but he DID say all season tires. Personally, I'd recommend getting a set of azenis for the summer, and just picking up an extra pair of 14" steelies from a wreckers or something to put 'em on, and just go with some plain jane all season tires for the rest of the rear(the off season :P).

Azenis can be had for like $50 a tire USD for the 14" incarnation, not expensive at all for the performance. I don't know what kind of times civics/other hondas running on them put down, but I've heard of a couple people putting down 1.9 60' times on 'em in neons, and 2.1/low 2.2's is really common.

Not only that, but they're a GREAT auto-x tire if that's more your thing.
