Okay I'm hoping someone might be able to give me some insight into this problem I am having. On the drivers side it seems whenever I push in the clutch and then release it, there is a click/creeking noise. The odd thing however is I can sit at a light pressing down the clutch all I want and I don't hear any noise. I thought it might be steering related so I tried a few things and I can drive down the street making full lefts and then rights and things are okay.

It only seems that when I go from a stop to 2nd or 2nd to third it makes this very annoying noise. Anyone have any ideas as to what I should be checkin for????

try that thread, it might be your problem...it seems to be a common problem with honda trannys....dry, squeeky slave cyl..

thats not the noise... he has a cable clutch since its a crx

maybe its the driveshafts? ball joints? motor mounts??

could be a lot of things... maybe take it to a shop??

Mike your motor mounts are FUBAR...trust me I had the same problemo, buy some E.S bushings for the front it will take car of the problem....good luck.

matt i heard the noise and it honestly doesn't sound like the motor mounts... i think it maybe the beginning of something in the driveshafts going... remember a while ago when you cv joint or something was gone??? i think its that
