i have a zc engine. i start the car and then slowly starts to stall and dies down. i put in another used alternator and it ran for a while and then died again. is it the alternator? any way to check voltage drop on it or w/e ? anything else that could cause this.

p.s. would a d-series alternator work on the zc? or wat alternator would be best for it?

sounds like a bad ground or maybe a bad battery u can test your volts amps etc using a voltmetor
