WTB:CERTIFY my 91 civic
I cant get my car certified because i dont have the back seats in it, so if anyone can ceritfy it pm with a #

why dont u just put rear seats in for the certify??

because i dont have them anymore, they had coolant/oil on the so i scrapped them.

if the seatbelts are there , then u must have the seats , remove the seatbelts and u can get away with having no rear seats
