gt37r a/r selection

i found a gt37r brand new on ebay. they have 3 a/r sizes. since its a fairly big turbo for honda, thought id go with smaller size. but here is what they have:.89

If you go to garrett's website they have a page with formulas that can help you calculate the optimal turbo specs for your application according to displacement, hp target etc...

ok turbo is ordered. im thinking of a top mount twin scroll manifold. fits tial wastegates. what sping pressure is good if there is 2 wastegates

My setup is different then yours but I have a FULLRACE sidewinder twin scroll with a GT3582R and 2 Tial 44wgs and I have 0.5 bar springs in each of them.
