check the A/C idler pully those commonly make noise and they are never changed
they are supposed to get changed with the timing belt

i have the same problem wit mine now.... and i have a feeling that its the tensioner...

The best option with these engine noises is to start removing belts and starting the engine (accessory belts only of course). If the noise is still there it's underneath the timing cover and the timing belt will have to come off. Water pumps and tensioner pulleys arent really common faulty items on our vehicles, however I have seen them make noise.
