try checking the tps. i had a problem kinda the same and that was my issue, also it could be the ignitor in the dizzy.

i dont think its a misfire, would would proby know but cause i would stall out at a low rpm, the only thing that i could think of(that hassent been said), if you running lean, is your injectors could be dirty/cloged, sometimes the fuel can come out in globs or barely at all. also you could check your air filter, hows your gas mileage?
